Sinclair Builders entered four homes into the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards for Canterbury. All four properties won awards with two of them winning their local category and subsequently being judged for the National Awards held 26 November 2016.
This 320sqm two-storey home is dressed to impress in plastered Celcrete with Waitaha schist features to the front and rear of the house. A semi-covered entertaining deck promises splendid summer days by the pool and a spa delivers outdoor enjoyment in cold weather. Outside flows in to the living areas through large bifold doors.
