Chris and the team at Sinclair Builders were amazing, Chris’s vast knowledge on earthquake repairs and renovations helped me immensely and I was able to achieve my goals for my home after working with Chris.

I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have been able to purchase my new house from Sinclair Builders. It is perfect. It was at near completion stage when I first saw and fell in love with it.
I couldn’t have chosen the fixtures and fittings any better myself and for me the piece de resistance was the kitchen, the home cooks dream.
When the property was completed I found everything finished to perfection – the joinery, tiling, the painting, the cabinetry, light fittings, the fencing, driveway, paths and the lawns and garden set up. Any problems or issues I had in the months to follow were quickly addressed.

We used Sinclair Builders for some renovations in our house and we were really happy with the work. We then decided to build a new house so we got Chris in to quote it for us. We were really impressed with the whole process. Chris was so reliable and the build was all very smooth and enjoyable. Our house was built on time and on budget. The house looks great and the quality of the finish is outstanding.

With Sinclair builders, Chris was the man we needed to talk to. Everything was really direct and smooth. He would sort out any issues encountered during the construction in a timely manner. He is the sort of person who reaches out extra miles to keep his clients happy.

On a different note, Sinclair Builders were the only builders who promised to finish the construction within 3 months (off course apart from weather issue which is beyond our control) whereas large housing companies typically indicated up to 6 months to finish. Sinclair Builders completed the construction within 3 months as promised.
