Sinclair Builders are a Licensed building company based in Christchurch and services the Canterbury region.  Chris and his capable team can tackle any job, be it a new home, an alteration or an addition. They aren't just limited to residential buildings either, we also carryout shop fitouts and light commercial construction.

Sinclair Builders is actively assisting Christchurch to get back on its feet by carrying out earthquake repairs, whether it be removing dangerous chimneys, inspecting suspected damage, making repairs right down to the plastering and painting. All work is undertaken by experienced and qualified tradesmen. We are an accredited main contractor for Fletchers Construction, Hawkins Construction and EQC accredited to carryout earthquake repairs.

All work is overseen by Chris Sinclair, a Licenced Builder and a member of the Certified Builders Association.
